The Casualty Litigation Committee has assembled summaries of jury verdicts in transportation related accident cases that are posted below.

The first page of the file contains an index which lists the states for which there are summaries, the number of summaries for each state and the page on which the summaries for that state begin. You can search the file by going to the Edit menu at the top of the page and selecting Find. You can then enter either key words or page numbers.
Brian Del Gatto of Wilson Elser, and Casualty Litigation Committee Chairman Robert D. Moseley, Jr. of Leatherwood, Walker, Todd & Mann, PC assembled the summaries. The Casualty Litigation Committee will update the summaries every four months and encourages TLA members to forward summaries to Brian at Brian.DelGatto@WilsonElser.com. The summaries currently include trucking cases, but the Committee would welcome summaries of rail and other modal cases.
